How long will my shipment take?
In most cases 3-5 days no longer then 7-10 business days. For exact times please call to confirm.
What does the "Wheel and Tire Package" include exactly?
4 custom wheels, 4 high performance tires, free mounting and free balancing, chrome valve stems. More information here: Wheel and Tire Packages
We also recommend purchasing the Lugs and Locks for $40 additional, due to the fact that most original lug nuts will not fit your new custom wheels. In addition we also recommend the Mr. Lug Nut Wrench set $40 to aid in installing your new set of custom wheels. Also American Racing chrome polish to keep them free of brake dust dirt and grime for $9.95 What does the "Wheels Only" include exactly?

How do I know my wheels are going to fit properly?
We guarantee fitment 100%. Our highly trained staff fits Hundreds of custom wheels to vehicles monthly. We use Plus Sizing for proper fitment of your tires. Plus sizing allows us to install larger tires and still keep the stock outside diameter of your original tires. Thus when your wheel and tire package arrives its and perfect fit.
What kind of Warranty comes with my Wheel and Tire Package?
All wheels have a lifetime warranty against structural defects. All wheels have a 1 year warranty on chrome. All tires have a 30,000 mile warranty or better.
I do not have a Credit Card how can I place an order?
We also accept Western Union, call for details.
How much is Mounting and Balancing?
Mounting and Balancing is 100% FREE, beware of other merchants charging for mounting and balancing.
Do you ship International?
Yes we do ship International on a daily basis, call for details. International calls can be made to

Are the Wheels and Tires Insured when shipped?
All Wheels and Tires are Insured when shipped to our customers.
Are my Wheels and Tires Brand New or?
All products from Custom Wheels and Car Rims are First Line, Brand New, we do not sell used products.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8:30 - 6:00 pm PST, Saturdays 9:00am to 3:30 pm PST
How are the Wheel and Tire Packages shipped?
All Wheel and Tire Packages, and Wheels Only are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed ex Ground, and require a signature from the purchaser upon delivery. If the purchaser is not at the delivery address a reattempts to deliver will be done a total of 2 times.
What if the Tires that come with the Wheel and Tire Package is not correct for my Vehicle?
We use plus sizing to correctly fit the tires for your vehicle. All tire fitment is done long before we accept payment for the wheel and tire package. If your Vehicle requires a different tire size then what comes with the wheel and tire package, we will notify you before we accept payment.
I Ordered Online, How do I know if my Order has been processed?
One of our sales staff will contact you the same or next business day to confirm all aspects of your Order. If we have not made contact with you, feel free to contact us at 1-800-901-6601 to process your order. We must make contact with all customers or the Order will not be processed.
